Food & Wine pairings for the Spring !

Spring is coming soon !

It’s been a while since I recommended new recipes to pair with our delicious wines.
Personally, I’m excited that spring is finally approaching.
Hot and beautiful days are approaching,  trees are gaining leaves, flowers are blossoming, and the days are getting longer, everything to cheer us up.
It’s a good time to move away from classic winter dishes and add color and freshness to our plates!

I have concocted two delicious recipes for you to pair with our Biodiversity lineup that will be available very soon  🙂
You already know everything about our Biodiversité wines if you’ve read article 5 on International Save the Bears day  😉 
A range dedicated to the importance of the well-being of animals, large or small.
 
The lineup includes a Sauvignon blanc, a Terre de Camargue rosé and a Merlot red.
The perfect lineup to play around with a wide variety of recipes.

To celebrate the arrival of springtime and to remind us of the trees coming back to life, I am offering truly delicious vegetarian food and wine pairings.
I’ve already tried them with my family, and I promise that they are worth every single bite that they are a delight.
 
 
A salmon cheesecake to accompany this nice and fresh sauvignon blanc!

This recipe is full of salmon and cream cheese, and I suggest you follow the pretty recipe to a T.
This refreshing and gourmet recipe is great as a starter or as a main course with a salad.

We welcome spring with lots of flavors thanks to this food and wine pairing.
The originality of this recipe: the TUC-type aperitif biscuits that make up the shortbread dough.  😀

A Word of advice: replace the phyladelphia type cream cheese with a 0% fat free cream cheese.
This will make for a lighter meal and an easier digestion.  😉

To accompany our red and rose, I’ve decided to propose to you an original dish that always works well with these two wines.

As a fan of Italian gastronomy, I’m proposing a second recipe to pair with our red Merlot or our rosé Terre de Camargue..
The advantage of this vegetarian recipe: it works for everyone
Whether you’re a red, or rosé drinker you will enjoy this pizza paired with both of these wines.
